Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to help protect people, products, and property across the distribution center. You will monitor access, conduct bag checks, maintain key control, and perform audits in a fast-paced, hands-on environment both indoors and outdoors.

The role combines security with data accuracy, requires teamwork with operations and leadership, and offers benefits, weekly pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (indoor and outdoor conditions).
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Protect people and assets; monitor access and verify associates and visitors.
• Conduct bag checks and support badge access processes.
• Maintain key control and enforce security procedures.
• Audit daily, weekly, and monthly facility audits; monitor CCTV for risks.
• Track and log incoming and outgoing trailers; control yard vehicle flow.
• Report findings and partner with leadership on solutions.
• Enter and maintain logs and reports; communicate issues to leadership.
• Work closely with operations, safety, and leadership teams.

As an Asset Protection Specialist, you play a critical role in keeping our distribution center safe, secure, and running efficiently. You’ll help protect people, product, and property while supporting the accurate flow of goods in and out of the facility.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines security, operations, and data accuracy.
