Zimmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Florence, KY is seeking a Parts Inventory Associate to help keep the Parts Department organized and accurate. You will receive, stock, and post incoming parts orders, pull parts for customers, and assist with stock orders while maintaining electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining electronic inventory records.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reorder needs.
• Processing returned parts and credits.
• Returning cores and following up on credits.
• Assisting with parts warranty documentation.
• Reviewing inventory for obsolescence.
• Matching purchase orders and invoices and forwarding to Accounting.
• Maintaining organized parts files and records.
• Assisting with annual parts inventory.
• Keeping the Parts Department clean and professional.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do
