Job summary

Rocs, Inc. in Sterling, VA is seeking a reliable warehouse associate with forklift experience to join our team. This full-time, onsite role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient handling of merchandise as part of a fast-paced logistics operation.

You will operate forklifts, pick and stage inventory, load/unload shipments, maintain orderly records, and support local deliveries. Standard hours are 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Current forklift certification required.
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Basic computer, internet, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently while loading and unloading merchandise.
• Pick, receive, store, and organize warehouse inventory.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Perform labeling, sorting, repacking, and package preparation as needed.
• Accurately complete inventory procedures and maintain attention to detail.
• Ship and receive cargo in accordance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
• Assist with pallet and cargo preparation.
• Perform product selection and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and facility.
• Follow all company safety, security, and operating procedures.

Requirements
