Numotion, the nation’s leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology, seeks a Warehouse Technician in Tennessee. You will maintain a clean, organized warehouse and manage inventory, receive shipments, stage and put away items, and ensure accurate reporting of transactions.

The role emphasizes timely processing, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting fleet maintenance and compliance with safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Receive all purchase orders and validate against packing slip within 24 hours.
• Ensure items in warehouse are tagged, labeled, and stored properly.
• Timely management of return authorizations (request, return and reporting).
• Complete inventory transactions within the system.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized and maintain fleet equipment.
• Sanitize and maintain fleet (rental, demo, loaner).
• Provide guidance on proper inventory control procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB PURPOSE

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and all inventory management related activities within the location. This includes but is not limited to: timely receiving of shipments, staging and put-away of inventory within the warehouse, cleaning and maintenance of fleet equipment, physical inventory counts, and accurate processing and reporting of inventory transactions.
