Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Yard Laborer to assist with cleaning and handling of concrete forms, picking and pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks, and performing other warehouse duties.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading heavy materials, picking orders, cleaning concrete forms, and performing general warehouse tasks as needed. Must pass background checks and pre-employment screenings; forklift experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse or yard operations preferred but not required.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment screenings.
• Able to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be a reliable, hardworking team player.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload heavy materials and containers.
• Pick and pull orders accurately.
• Clean and handle concrete forms and related warehouse duties.
• Support yard operations and ensure timely loading for deliveries.

Warehouse/Yard Laborer Needed!

Location: 016 Wyoming – Wyoming, MI 49509

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Yard Laborer to assist with cleaning and handling of concrete forms, picking and pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks, and performing other warehouse duties. Warehouse staff play a critical role in ensuring accurate loads and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading heavy materials and containers.
• Picking and pulling orders.
• Cleaning and handling concrete forms.
• Performing general warehouse duties as needed.

Additional Requirements

• Previous knowledge and experience in the concrete industry is beneficial but not required.
• Forklift experience beneficial but not required.
• Must pass a background check, pre‑employment drug screening, and physical testing.
• Team player, motivated, hardworking, dependable.
• Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile.
