Carroll Construction Supply seeks a Warehouse Manager to supervise daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include loading customers in a timely and professional manner, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The manager will use a forklift to assist with loading or supervising product onto trucks, verify product counts, and secure trucks after loading. Additional duties involve checking in delivery trucks, unloading inbound trucks, preparing and submitting required paperwork, overseeing inventory control, and determining restocking needs. The role also requires maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse, inspecting equipment, and assessing warehouse flow. Strong working relationships with warehouse personnel and sales staff are essential. The company is employee‑owned and has expanded to over 35 locations in 14 states.
