Job summary

Your Employment Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ogden, UT. You will join a production support team at a manufacturing facility, handling material receipt, storage, labeling, and documentation to keep daily operations moving.

Responsibilities include moving materials with pallet jack or similar equipment, picking and staging for production, counting and recording quantities, and maintaining clean, compliant work areas according to cGMP standards. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, $19/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack or similar material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy materials by hand on a regular basis.
• Basic math and counting skills for recording weights and quantities.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and cGMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Count, weigh, and record material quantities on daily production sheets.
• Pack and secure product, verify labeling, and prevent contamination.
• Prepare and transfer blended materials to Manufacturing or Packaging.
• Update inventory records and process removals against sales orders.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and report maintenance needs.

Job description

This Warehouse Associate role in Ogden, UT pays $19/hour and offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. You'll be part of a production support team at a manufacturing facility where your work directly keeps operations moving every single day.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials — including labeling, documentation, and delivering paperwork to the Quality team
• Move released materials from the receiving dock to the main warehouse using a pallet jack, electric hoist, or industrial truck
• Pick and stage materials for production batches and transfer them to Weighing operators
• Count, weigh, and record material quantities on daily production sheets and manifests
• Pack and secure product in cartons, verify labeling accuracy, and prevent contamination
• Prepare and transfer blended materials from the main warehouse to Manufacturing or Packaging
• Update inventory records when batches are completed and process removals against sales orders
• Keep your work area, equipment, and machinery clean and report any maintenance needs

What You Bring

Required

• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack or similar material handling equipment
• Ability to lift heavy materials by hand on a regular basis
• Basic math and counting skills for recording weights and quantities
• Ability to follow written work instructions and cGMP standards

Preferred

• Prior warehouse, receiving, or production support experience
• Familiarity with inventory systems or manifest entry
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (food, supplement, pharmaceutical)

Schedule & Shift

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Occasional Saturday work may be required based on business needs.

Pay

$19.00 per hour
