TruTeam in Nashua, NH is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to handle material movement, inventory, receiving and shipping. You will load/unload trucks, perform cycle counts, restock, label products, and ensure compliance with policies. Occasional job-site deliveries may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload installer’s trucks; adhere to Load In / Load Out policies.
• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy, perform inventory checks, restock, label vendor products, and maintain displays.
• Move, store, and replenish material; conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and inspect inbound material orders; process shipments and returns; report damaged freight.
• Cycle count inventory; store items; inspect for wear/defects; report to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage.
• Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Looking for a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse. Responsible for performing load in/load out activities, material handling, inventory, receiving and shipping activities. Ensures all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Load and unload installer’s trucks; Ensures the Load In / Load Out policies are adhered to.
• Perform a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Perform receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintain, clean and organize facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc.
• Receive and inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors.
• Cycle count inventory, store in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong Math Skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours to perform job related tasks.
