Job summary

Essential Personnel, Inc. in Grand Island, NE is seeking reliable candidates for Warehouse positions with multiple employers. You will move, stage, and supply materials to support shipping, receiving, and production flow.

Several positions available. Responsibilities include forklift operation, moving raw materials and finished parts, loading/unloading, stocking, and ensuring inventory accuracy. A positive attitude, safety mindset, and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or operation of material handling equipment is a plus.
• Able to read work orders, labels, and production documentation.
• Be able to work independently, at a fast pace, with a strong attendance record.
• Willingness to work outdoors as needed and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Driving forklift and operating material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cranes).
• Moving raw materials and finished parts to and from work areas.
• Loading and unloading materials from trucks, racks, and storage areas.
• Pulling and filling orders for customers.
• Staging materials for upcoming jobs to ensure efficient workflow.
• Stocking as needed and general clean up.
• Verifying materials and quantities against work orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.
