Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide personalized in-home care, companionship, and daily assistance to clients in their own homes.

You will support activities of daily living, meal prep, mobility, and medication reminders while fostering social interaction and mental stimulation in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic nature.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
