Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our home care team. You will provide personalized care, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients in their homes, helping improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic by nature.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered home care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and management as prescribed.
• Provide companionship and activities to encourage social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
