Key Responsibilities

Expertly install a full range of wallcoverings, including 27”–63” widths and Type II vinyl, ensuring seamless alignment and a flawless finish.
Accurately hang custom graphics and repeating pattern wallpapers with precise pattern matching and layout execution.
Manage commercial projects and select residential installations, adapting techniques to meet site-specific requirements.
Coordinate effectively with builders, contractors, and project stakeholders to meet scheduling expectations and project specifications.

Essential Functions

Measure, cut, prepare, and install various wallcovering materials, paying close attention to pattern alignment, substrate preparation, and material handling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, including proper ladder use, tool management, and material disposal.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and contractors, providing updates and ensuring expectations are understood and achieved.
Inspect completed installations to verify quality standards, address punch items promptly, and ensure complete client satisfaction.
