Job summary

RAZ Services LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring Walker Delivery Associates to deliver packages across the Houston area. Training is provided; no prior delivery experience required. Opportunities to transition to full-time with benefits after probation.

You will work 3–5 days per week, up to 10 hours per day, in a fast-paced environment emphasizing safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid state ID for employment
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing
• Ability to lift/move packages up to 50 lbs
• Prior experience with an Amazon DSP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver 200+ packages per shift, weights vary from envelopes to 50 lbs boxes
• Interact with customers professionally and positively
• Use company routing app to navigate and complete routes
• Ensure safe and efficient deliveries in all weather
• Walk up stairs as needed during deliveries
• Support team communication to provide great service

Job Description

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Associate

As a Delivery Associate you’ll stay active, work independently, and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers packages to Amazon customers.

• Work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day with shifts available seven days a week
• Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• Stay active carrying, handling and delivering 200 or more packages ranging from envelopes to boxes weighing up to 50lbs
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently at each stop regardless of the weather conditions
• Walk up flights of stairs as needed to complete deliveries
• Use a company-provided phone and routing app to navigate your delivery route
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and equipment guidelines at all times
• Represent RAZ Services LLC with professionalism and a positive attitude in every neighborhood you serve

Qualifications

What You’ll Need as a Delivery Associate/Foot Courier

• Must be at 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid state ID within the state of employment
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Preferred: Prior experience with an Amazon DSP partner (not required)
