Lovett Logistics, an Amazon DSP, is seeking a Delivery Associate to join the Walker Program. You will walk routes, deliver packages to customers' doors, and provide friendly, reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include navigating walking paths, loading/unloading without a vehicle, using mobile devices for navigation, and maintaining accurate delivery logs while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driving or courier experience preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling equipment
• Ability to adhere to DOT standards and safe lifting practices
• Experience with mobile devices for route navigation and updates is advantageous
• Strong customer service, professionalism and reliability
• Physical ability to lift heavy packages regularly with safe techniques

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate walking paths, businesses and residences to complete daily routes efficiently
• Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques
• Follow designated routes using mobile devices for navigation, ensuring timely deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Handle heavy lifting safely during loading/unloading
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and incident reports as required by policies
