Cellairis in Murray, Utah seeks a Brand Advocate to drive walk-by sales at our retail entrance. You will use high-energy AIDA-based scripts to attract customers, offer free products, and steer them toward store visits and purchases.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and has 1–3 years of retail sales experience with a proven ability to convert leads and close sales. This is a fast-paced, highly visible retail role with performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, highly energetic and approachable.
• Genuine customer service and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience recommended.

Responsabilités

• Perform walk-by conversion sales at the Cellairis entry doors using scripts.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to drive visits and purchases.
• Persuade customers to obtain quotes for repairs or join mailing lists.
• Explain offers and terms to help customers complete purchases.
