Job summary

The Berkshire Waldorf School seeks a Pedagogical Director to guide the delivery of Waldorf education with passion, understanding and demonstrated evidence of successful administration. The Pedagogical Director is responsible for sustaining a healthy culture of teaching and learning, and a qualified candidate will embody and promote the principles, values, and practices of Waldorf education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Waldorf teaching experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Waldorf Teaching certificate required, Masters in Waldorf Education preferred.
• Evidence of experience working collaboratively, successfully supervising and evaluating adults.
• Broad understanding of the basic financial elements of school operations.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Familiarity and comfort with Google Suite.
• Honesty, integrity and a belief in sustaining Waldorf Education.

• Supervise and mentor the full Faculty.
