Atria Senior Living in Boyertown, PA is seeking a Waitstaff member to provide outstanding dining service to residents. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and review menus with residents to acquaint them with dining at Atria.

Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals and events while building a strong team dynamic and positive relationships with residents. No experience needed; paid on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• On-the-job training – paid to learn the role.

Responsabilités

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
