In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all meals are served and presented in accordance with the guidelines established by the Director of Food Service. Additional responsibilities include:

• Patiently and cheerfully taking resident meal orders
• Checking station tables for settings and cleanliness
• Reading the menu before service so that you can knowledgeably assist the residents with their selections
• Assisting in the plating and proper portion controls of some or all of the following: appetizers, salads, soups, beverages and desserts
• Bussing tables at the end of the meal

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry
