Job summary

Lizard's Thicket is looking for professional wait staff to serve drinks and meals to our patrons. You will greet customers, take orders, recommend menu items, and deliver meals with accuracy while using our POS system.

The role emphasizes teamwork, high energy, and maintaining our long-standing reputation for excellent service. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering checks, and upholding cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and/or acknowledge customers in a timely manner
• Take drink/food orders and be able to answer any menu-related questions a customer may have
• Suggest menu items to customers
• Be able to use our POS system correctly
• Accurately deliver drinks/food to table
• Check on the customers to make sure they are having an enjoyable dining experience
• Deliver check to customers
• Follow all cleanliness standards and complete side work assignments accurately
• Work with other staff as a team and always have a positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
