Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking friendly, professional Waitstaff to deliver chef-prepared cuisine in a luxury assisted living setting. The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills/qualifications

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong ability to multi-task
• Possesses good communication, customer service and people skills
• Is professional, patient and able to satisfy a demanding customer base
• Experience working with a senior population is preferred, but not required
• Is a team player, willing to help out where needed to ensure a pleasurable dining experience
• Familiarity with food safety, food preparation and board of health guidelines is a plus
• Is able to adjust to different personality types and situations in positive ways
• Must always be reliable, caring and gentle in actions and demeanor
• Maintains an abiding respect for the elderly and remains calm at all times
