Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Hidden Lakes is seeking a Waitstaff member to set and clear tables, take dining orders, and deliver exceptional resident service. You will review menus with residents, introduce dining concepts, and assist with meal preparation and event support.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. The role emphasizes teamwork, resident engagement, and maintaining a clean dining environment in a supportive senior living community.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables; take residents' dining orders and provide high-quality service.
• Review menus with residents and help new residents understand dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and events.
• Foster teamwork and positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, tables, chairs, and dining room equipment.
