Jimmy's Chophouse in Tulsa, OK is seeking a friendly server to welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and recommend items. You will serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean dining area and using wine pairings knowledge to enhance guest experiences.

Applicants should have strong communication, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be available for nights, weekends, and holidays. ABLE license and food handler certification are required.

Jimmy's Chophouse is a contemporary chophouse located in the middle of Tulsa's vibrant Brookside district.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Provide menus, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and wine pairings.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared.
• Handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and provide ABLE license, proof of alcohol safety training, and a THD Food Handler.
