Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Shreveport is seeking friendly waitstaff to deliver outstanding dining service to our residents. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, review menus with residents, and assist with daily meals and events in a supportive team environment.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is paid. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, PTO, and tuition reimbursement,

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
