Job summary

Holiday by Atria seeks friendly waitstaff to join our dining teams in Illinois. You will take residents' dining orders, present menus, and provide exceptional service at meals and special events.

No prior experience is required as training is provided on the job, with opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take dining orders, and provide high level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals, banquets, and events.
• Create strong teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment in the dining room.
