Job summary

Clement Manor in Greenfield, Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Cafe Server to join our Rainbow Room team. You will greet residents and guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and support the kitchen during busy periods.

Ideal candidates have prior food service or customer service experience and a courteous, professional demeanor focused on resident satisfaction; hours are Monday through Friday with occasional evening events, totaling about 40 hours every two weeks.

• Greet Residents and guests warmly, creating a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere.

• Supporting the kitchen by answering telephone orders, completing financial transactions, clearing tables, washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc.

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long-term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are seeking a friendly and quality service oriented Cafe Server to join our team to serve in our cafe, the Rainbow Room, working along side our award winning chefs. Ideal candidate will be attentive, courteous, and passionate about delivering excellent quality service. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday with occasional evening events, equaling 40hrs bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
