• Enter new data into the database and spot obvious errors or gaps.

Our products enable faster, more efficient power delivery across AI data centers, high-performance computing, energy and grid infrastructure, electric mobility, and industrial applications.We are seeking a Wafer Yield & Data Analytics Intern to support our Device and Product Engineering teams by helping collect, organize, and track wafer lot data across our GaN and SiC product lines. This is an entry-level, learning-focused role: the intern will help gather data from existing reports and systems, do basic yield analysis under guidance, and help keep a simple database of lot data up to date at the wafer and part level. It's a great opportunity to get hands-on exposure to semiconductor manufacturing data while building practical data-analysis skills.Key Responsibilities and DutiesHelp collect wafer lot data from existing internal reports, foundry files, and test outputs.Track build status for critical lots for clear visibility and timely execution.Assist in organizing this data into clear, consistent spreadsheets or files.Help calculate and summarize basic wafer- and part-level yield numbers under the guidance of the engineering team.Support the team in building and keeping up a simple database or master spreadsheet of lot data (wafer and part level).Enter new lot data into the database/spreadsheet as it becomes available, and help spot obvious errors or gaps.Help put together simple charts or summaries so the team can see yield trends at a glance.Assist with other data-related tasks and requests from Device, Product, and Test Engineering as needed.Required QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Materials Science, or a related technical field.Comfortable working in Excel (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, simple charts).Comfortable working with numbers and organized data; basic understanding of statistics is a plus.Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.Preferred QualificationsSome exposure to SQL, Python, or similar tools (not required — willingness to learn is enough).Coursework or interest in semiconductor devices or manufacturing.Any prior class project, internship, or club experience involving data analysis.What We OfferHands-on exposure to real wafer lot and yield data behind next-generation GaN and SiC power semiconductor products.Guidance and mentorship from the Device and Product Engineering team.A supportive, collaborative environment for learning how a semiconductor company tracks and uses manufacturing data.Practical, resume-ready experience with data organization and basic yield analysis.Compensation$25-$40 Dependent on experience
