Nokia Corp. is seeking an experienced manufacturing manager to lead day-to-day operations for the startup wafer fab facility.
You will coordinate with maintenance and engineers across two manufacturing sites, setting priorities and ensuring tools and workstations are ready to meet tight production schedules. The role requires a 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, plus 5+ years in manufacturing supervision.
You will also support the initial startup of our new wafer fab facility, including the management of wafer fab operators between two manufacturing sites.
Work shift: Shift 5 (6pm - 6am, Monday - Wednesday and alternating Thursdays) Eligible for a 10% shift differential
This position will have the following primary responsibilities:
Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere with a proven track record of performing in a high-volume manufacturing environment
