Job summary

BGE Inc. Campus Recruiting is seeking a motivated civil engineering student for a hands-on internship in Waco, TX. You will learn from experienced professionals, participate in mentored projects, and attend career development events in addition to normal work activities.

Applicants must be full-time students pursuing a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field, with strong English communication skills and a collaborative team mindset. The program runs Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Learn on a team under mentorship from BGE employees.
