Taubman Financial Management (TFM) is seeking a Life & Annuity Agent to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. You’ll start with warm leads, access 60+ carriers, and receive one-on-one coaching from agency founder Scott Taubman.

New to insurance or licensed professionals welcome; we’ll help with licensing and provide ongoing support as you build a real career helping families protect income and retirement. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

The numbers

New agents typically earn $60,000+ in their first year, and top producers earn six figures or more. How quickly you start earning is up to you: the more you commit, the faster you'll see results. Startup costs are low: about $150 for state licensing and about $35 a month for E&O insurance. This is a 1099, commission-only role with no base salary, so your income grows with the work you put in.
