Taubman Financial Management is hiring a Life & Annuity Agent — Remote to work from anywhere with warm leads, backed by 60+ carriers and direct coaching from founder Scott Taubman. This is a commission-only role with no base salary, designed for self-starters who want to build a long-term advisory career.

You’ll earn based on commissions and case design support as you help clients protect income and retirement. Training, lead access, and carrier options are provided to accelerate your start.

The numbers

New agents typically earn $60,000+ in their first year, and top producers earn six figures or more. How quickly you start earning is up to you: the more you commit, the faster you'll see results. Startup costs are low: about $150 for state licensing and about $35 a month for E&O insurance. This is a 1099, commission-only role with no base salary, so your income grows with the work you put in.
