• $325,000 Salary Base + Call Stipend of $14,000+ (Earning Potential over $340,000)
• Call-Back + OT paid at $234.00 (W-2)
• 8 weeks PTO
• 1:7 Light Backup Call for CRNA
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Malpractice, 401k with 5% company contribution

• Level III Trauma Center community hospital and surgery center

Qualifications
