Job summary

Martin Automotive Group in San Bernardino is seeking a Service Technician for our Volkswagen San Bernardino dealership. You will join a team focused on delivering top-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Requirements include at least 2 years of auto technician experience, knowledge across automotive repair, computer literacy, and the ability to operate diagnostic equipment. OEM and manufacturer certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
Must be computer literate and able to operate diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
OEM and Manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding any additional service needs and complete online multi-point inspection report.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
