O is seeking an experienced, Certified VW main line technician in Thornton, CO to perform diagnostics and repairs on customer vehicles. The role offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required.
• Dexterity and steady hand with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills; ability to operate diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair service customer vehicles and reconditioning vehicles inventory.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Common repairs include suspension, brakes, radiators, tune-ups and other basic repairs.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of how vehicles' components work and interact.
• Repair sensors, computer issues, electronics, timing, and A/C repair.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the correct diagnosis & repair of service customer vehiclesas well as inventory reconditioning vehicles
• Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Common repairs include but not limited to suspension work, brakes, radiators, tune-ups, & other basic repairs
• Broad knowledge of how vehicles’ complex components work and interact
• High level of aptitude for correctly repairing sensors, computer issues, electronics, timing, & A/C repair

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
