REDLattice, Inc. seeks a Vulnerability Researcher to advance research across hardware, software, and operating systems. The role focuses on uncovering weaknesses and supporting the development of initial access capabilities for mission-critical cybersecurity projects.

You will analyze complex systems, reverse engineer components, and collaborate with engineers to translate findings into actionable capabilities while maintaining rigorous documentation and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• At least 2 years in CS, information systems, or related discipline.
• 2+ years programming experience in Assembly, C, C++, Perl, Python, or similar.
• 2+ years hardware/software reverse-engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software/system design, code structure, and architecture.
• Perform hardware/software reverse engineering to identify vulnerabilities and attack surfaces.

Vulnerability Researcher

REDLattice is seeking a highly skilled Vulnerability Researcher to join our team and support highly technical research and engineering efforts across hardware, software, and operating systems.

In this role, you'll dig beneath the surface of complex systems to understand how they function, how their code is structured, and how they're designed. Your research and analysis will directly support the discovery and development of initial access capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability research across hardware components, software applications, and operating systems.
• Analyze software and systems to determine functionality, code structure, architecture, and overall system design.
• Perform hardware and/or software reverse engineering to identify vulnerabilities and potential attack surfaces.
• Apply low-level programming and reverse-engineering techniques to understand complex system behavior.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to translate technical findings into actionable capabilities.
• Document research, findings, and technical analysis throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer science, information systems, network engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of programming experience with one or more languages including Assembly, C, C#, C++, Perl, or Python.
• Minimum of 2 years of hardware and/or software reverse-engineering experience.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to analyze unfamiliar systems at a low level.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly within 5 years.
