Position

Vulnerability Researcher / Reverse Engineer

Responsibilities

Engage in the full life cycle of emulation, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and CNO/CNE tool development for various operating systems. Analyze source code to identify vulnerabilities, conduct vulnerability research, develop and modify complex classified and unclassified software applications, and produce deliverables for real-world use with short turnaround times. Work in small teams, collaborate closely with customers, and rapidly enhance capabilities or resolve issues in existing tools.

Required Skills

• TS/SCI clearance
• Practical knowledge of project execution
• Ability to develop and enhance software tools
• Understanding of low-level programming concepts and stack frames, calling conventions, and memory management
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP stacks, routing protocols, or others)
• Experience with source control management tools
• Experience with assembly language (x86/64, ARM, PPC, MIPS)

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in C/C++/Python
• Experience with full-system emulation for research and analysis
• Reverse engineering using IDA, Ghidra, or Binary Ninja
• Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP stacks, wire-level protocols, RF communications, BGP, routing protocols, or others)
• Experience with Linux or other OS reversing

Clearance & Citizenship

TS/SCI clearance required. Qualified applicants must be U.S. citizens and will be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (preferred) and typically five years of related experience, or an advanced degree with three years of experience.
