Job summary

Veritis Group Inc. seeks a Vulnerability Management Engineer (OT) to identify, assess, and remediate OT vulnerabilities. You will collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations to drive remediation actions and ensure compliance across the OT landscape.

You will document findings, provide training on best practices, and continuously improve vulnerability management processes while being ready to travel for on-site engagements with global teams.

Qualifications

Role: Vulnerability Management Engineer (OT)

Duration: Long Term Contract

As a Vulnerability Management Engineer within Client's OT Cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities within our operational technology (OT) environment. This position requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple cultures and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses in OT systems.
• Remediation Management: Track and manage remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to communicate findings and coordinate remediation activities.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of vulnerability assessments, remediation actions, and compliance status.
• Training and Awareness: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on vulnerability management best practices and tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and vulnerabilities and contribute to the continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes.
• Travel: Be prepared to travel as required for on-site assessments and collaboration with global teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in vulnerability management, particularly in OT environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse cultures and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
