Job summary

NetSEA Technologies is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst I VM (Journeyman) to support day-to-day vulnerability management for the ECCOS program. You will review scans, track remediation, and help produce scorecards under the Senior VM Analyst’s direction in a structured CSSP team supporting a Space Force mission.

The role requires DoD/federal experience, an active DoD 8140-aligned certification, and TS/SCI eligibility or Secret with SSBI/Tier 5 readiness within ~90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience in DoD or federal environments.
• Active DoD 8140-aligned certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, GSEC, or equivalent).
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, or Secret with SSBI/Tier 5 investigation and ability to reach TS/SCI within ~90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vulnerability scan review and documentation.
• Support POA&M tracking and remediation status updates with system owners.
• Contribute to monthly Scorecard Metrics and vulnerability trend reporting.
• Support enterprise cybersecurity posture evaluation activities and vuln scan record control.
• Coordinate with system owners on scan scheduling and findings validation.
• Assist the Senior VM Analyst with monthly reporting deliverables.
