Job summary

Trinus Corporation is seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to help manage and reduce a backlog of approximately 400 vulnerability tickets. You will coordinate remediation with technical teams, perform data analysis and reporting, and identify opportunities to streamline processes while maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders.

This full-time role requires collaboration across IT security, engineering, and operations to strengthen our security

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Vulnerability Management / Cybersecurity / ITSM experience.
• Strong ServiceNow or other ITSM/ticket management experience.
• Vulnerability remediation coordination across technical teams.
• Strong reporting & data analysis skills.
• Experience managing vulnerability backlogs.
• Ability to identify and reduce manual processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog of vulnerability tickets and remediation workflow.
• Coordinate remediation across IT/technical teams.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track progress.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
