Young Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for our St. Louis area production team. You will operate and adjust machinery, inspect finished products, and contribute to a fast‑paced manufacturing environment on an 8‑hour, Mon‑Fri shift.

You’ll thrive if you can work independently yet collaborate effectively with a team, maintain strong attention to detail, and follow established safety and quality procedures to ensure compliant, high‑quality output.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Willingness to learn new processes and cross‑train.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain machinery.
• Produce various styles of vulcanized rubber cups.
• Meet daily production goals consistently and efficiently.
• Maintain safety and quality standards: follow SOPs, inspections, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support team and production operations including documentation and housekeeping.
