Job summary

Young Innovations is seeking a machine operator for our St. Louis, Missouri production team. You will operate and adjust machinery, inspect finished products, and help maintain safety and quality standards on a fast-paced shift.

You will set up and run equipment, produce vulcanized rubber cups, and support cross-training within a collaborative production environment. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery and adjusting equipment.
• Attention to detail to ensure safety, quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain machinery.
• Produce vulcanized rubber cups in various styles.
• Meet daily production goals consistently and efficiently.
• Maintain safety and quality standards by following SOPs.
• Conduct in-process inspections and visual quality checks.
• Become familiar with ISO and FDA regulatory standards.
• Complete production documentation and keep a clean workspace.
• Support cross-training and lean manufacturing processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Position Overview

We are looking for a machine operator to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this position, you will be responsible for operating & adjusting machinery, as well as inspecting completed products. This is an 8-hour shift. Mon-Fri.

Who You’ll Work With

• Work as part of a collaborative and talented production team, partnering with fellow operators to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
• Report directly to the Production Supervisor, with day-to-day support and guidance from a Production Lead to help you succeed in your role.

  • Become familiar with ISO, FDA and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Support team and production operations
  • Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Support cross-training, and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes
