Job description

You've debugged enough Terraform to develop opinions, and DataSync Corp has a Vue.js Developer role in Flint where opinions are currency. Boiled down: full-time, $61,000 - $79,000, 4 years of Git, and a seat at the table where DataSync Corp decisions get made.

Key Responsibilities

• Ship the plainspoken CI/CD features that move DataSync Corp's technology roadmap forward
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Coaching
• Read the Kafka stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root
• Slice the results-oriented technology monolith into Work Ethic services Flint, MI can deploy alone
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture
• Drive the Terraform incident postmortem that stops the Flint outage from recurring

What You'll Bring

• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
• A point of view on DataSync Corp's space, sharpened by your own reading
• A Flint network, or the hustle to build one from scratch
• Comfort with the full-time cadence of a Flint-based operation
• The reliability that lets a manager stop checking in

The low-drama team behind DataSync Corp chose Flint on purpose, betting that great technology work doesn't need a coastal zip code. Accountability here is shared, so wins belong to the team and setbacks become lessons.

We frame the offer around growth: $61,000 - $79,000 today, mentorship now, benefits always, and the flexibility to live well in MI.

Active right now, the mid-level seat has not yet found its person.
