Job description

At Industrial Solutions Corp, Java isn't a buzzword on a slide, it's Tuesday, and we need a Vue.js Developer who feels the same way. Think of it less as a job and more as a $69,000 - $96,000 bet Industrial Solutions Corp is placing on your 4 years and your judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
• Document the Kotlin system so the next mid-level engineer onboards in days, not weeks
• Map data flow across Industrial Solutions Corp's Kotlin services and spot the leaks
• Lead CI/CD design reviews that catch the costly mistakes before Casper, WY builds them
• Read the Java stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root
• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability
• Wire up Stakeholder Management feature flags so Industrial Solutions Corp can test on Casper traffic risk-free

What You'll Bring

• A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork
• Working knowledge of Django alongside transferable Stakeholder Management chops
• 5+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illustrations
• Mid-level fluency in Empathy, with Django on your roadmap
• The reliability that lets a manager stop checking in
• A growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback
• The kind of empathy that makes hard feedback land softly

The experiment-friendly people at Industrial Solutions Corp have spent years proving that world-class Rust can absolutely come out of Casper. We reward the teammate who unblocks three colleagues over the one who quietly hero-codes alone.

We provide a $69,000 - $96,000 salary, full benefits, and dedicated time each week to learn new MySQL and Java tools.

Nothing stale here: the Vue.js Developer slot was re-confirmed open earlier today.
