Job summary

Stellar Innovations and Solutions is seeking an entry-level specialist to operate, schedule, and maintain conference and videoconference facilities for DoD programs in the Dayton area. You will monitor and coordinate connections across sites, and may assist with equipment installation.

The role requires 1+ years in computing/communications support, proficiency with audiovisual/VTC systems, and a current DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• 1+ years’ experience supporting computing or communications environments.
• Proficient in operation of audiovisual components and VTC systems.
• Must have current/active DoD SECRET or higher clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Job Summary:

• Entry level position in operating, scheduling, and maintaining conference and videoconference facilities.
• Monitors, schedules, operates, and maintains the customer's video teleconferencing (VTC) systems & network and coordinates connection with numerous sites.
• May coordinate installation or install video equipment.
• Troubleshoots VTC networks. May train others to use equipment. Provides training on VTC systems.
• Explains and demonstrates installation VTC equipment to operators, using hand-tools and following vendor manuals. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of VTC and network-related tasks.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ work experience supporting computing / communications environments or VTC enabled businesses.
• Proficient in operation of various audiovisual components.
• Must possess a current/active DoD SECRET or higher security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
