Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience VMware to Hyper-V migrations proven experience with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V/SCVMM migrations, workload conversion tools, automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell), and storage/networking dependencies in virtualized environments.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with VMware to Hyper-V migrations in regulated industries, especially pharmaceuticals or CDMO Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization operations, and familiarity with disaster recovery solutions and hybrid cloud integration are highly desirable.
