Job summary

DMG (an Ambient Company) in Southern California is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform startup, repair, installation, preventive maintenance, and routine servicing of HVAC equipment. You will troubleshoot Daikin, AAON, LG systems and program new controls while documenting actions on service reports for warranty processing.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, complete a two-year HVAC training program, and possess a valid California license and EPA Universal Technician

• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Brazing and soldering techniques
• Health and safety regulations
• Basic record-keeping practices

Responsibilities

• On-site startup and service of HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot control systems on Daikin, AAON, LG units.
• Read wiring diagrams during troubleshooting.
• Program new control systems via touchscreens/computers.
• Document actions on service reports and warranty paperwork.
• Maintain regular attendance and safety practices.
