Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Loader to safely load parts onto a moving production line. This position is on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, 4:00am to 2:30pm, with overtime as required.

You will check incoming materials to prevent production delays, keep the work area clean, and reject materials that don’t meet quality standards. The role requires basic math, good verbal communication, and the ability to follow written and spoken

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Have basic math skills.
• Needs to have flexibility with production hours.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.
• Sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands.
• Able to maintain a safe working environment that is conducive to productivity.
• Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.
• Able to work side by side with other production operators.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
• Good understanding of quality control.
