Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Vice President, Regional Advisory Consultant for the West region. This fully remote role requires you to reside within the territory and travel 50–75% to engage financial advisors.

You will drive sales strategy and adoption of the Wealth Management Platform, combining field-based and internal efforts to grow advisory business. You will lead education efforts, present to groups, and partner with investment managers to deliver content and leads.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related subjects required.
• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Series 7 required.
• Extensive knowledge of advisory platforms and wealth management concepts.
• Ability to travel 50–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Educate and promote fee-based business; promote advisory technology adoption; introduce investment managers based on client needs; lead group presentations.
• Execute a virtual regional strategy; manage a fluid sales pipeline across the region.
• Drive events and enrich content; partner with investment managers to share leads and co-present.
• Introduce and support advisors on MF/ETF models, SMA models, tax services, and private client solutions.
• Review regional reports to prioritize prospects; convert leads into opportunities.
• Use CRM data to set goals and identify opportunities for advisors.
• Schedule 1:1 and regional meetings; collaborate with Marketing, Product, Platform, and Research teams.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system.
