About the Role

This position is responsible for managing the quarterly commercial valuation management process for SitusAMC's institutional consulting engagements. The role provides management to our valuation management division, assists in a wide range of activities, manages the quarterly process, works closely with and assists team members, reviews and analyzes final appraisals, executive summaries, and cash flows, and performs portfolio analytics.

Essential Job Functions

• Efficiently manage the quarterly valuation process and assist the team of valuation professionals by providing guidance and quality control.
• Supervise workflow to produce on‑time deliveries.
• Help execute valuation reviews and client consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills.
• Communicate and coordinate with market participants, clients, and co‑workers.
• Review third‑party appraisal reports.
• Develop reviews, consulting reports and other deliverables.
• Complete quarterly client presentations.
• Resolve non‑compliant issues through verbal and written communication with clients or other involved parties.
• Work independently on projects and also collaborate face‑to‑face as a team player.
• Be an engagement/client lead and/or property type lead, conducting day‑to‑day communication with clients.
• Perform other activities as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher – preferred fields of study include real estate, accounting, finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP‑level role or external equivalent.
• Certified General Real Property Appraiser License is a plus.
• MAI designation is desirable or if you are a candidate for the MAI designation.
• Strong valuation expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Argus.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual full‑time base salary range: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00.

Compensation may also include a discretionary bonus determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility, and Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays. Full‑time employees are eligible to participate in benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan, subject to plan terms.
