JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Analytics Lead to drive advanced analytics for Consumer & Community Banking Treasury.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Data, Deposit Analytics, and Finance to elevate interest rate risk, liquidity frameworks, and portfolio insights for a $1+ trillion retail deposit portfolio. The role emphasizes building scalable analytics, influencing senior leaders, and mentoring talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-time work experience in data analytics, ideally in financial services
• Experience with business intelligence analytic tools and data wrangling tools such as Python, SAS, and SQL
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with experience in presenting to stakeholders
• Knowledge in deposit analytics, regulatory stress testing frameworks, or transfer pricing is a plus
• Quantitatively focused undergraduate and/or graduate degree or demonstrated quantitative ability
• Ability to learn quickly, understand business context, and work well in cross-functional teams

• Lead Deposit Insights: analyze deposit performance across client segments and inform deposit liquidity strategies
• Drive Customer Analytics: analyze segmentation and trends to support portfolio analytics
