Ladders seeks a VP Transmission Projects West to lead major transmission delivery in the western region. The role partners with stakeholders to align budgets, schedules, safety, and performance, while mentoring directors and managers and guiding strategic forecasting for a large project portfolio.

The position emphasizes execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination with a strong leadership component and safety focus. Tulsa-based location with US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a business-related field.
• 15 years of relevant experience, including major construction projects.
• Experience as a Project Director preferred.
• 8 years of supervisory experience in project management.
• PMP certification preferred, but not mandatory.

For our client, we are seeking a VP Transmission Projects West to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This senior leader will oversee major transmission project delivery across the western region, with responsibility for execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination. The role will partner closely with stakeholders to align budgets, schedules, safety, and performance expectations. It also carries a strong people leadership component, including mentoring project directors and managers while supporting strategic planning and forecasting for a large portfolio of projects.

Location: Tulsa, OK - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $221,489 – $287,934 annually
